Even though pregnancy comes with a lot of difficult trials, it is an amazing time in your life. It is a time of celebration and anticipation as you prepare to meet your little bundle of joy. It’s a time when you become strong – actually stronger than you ever thought you could possibly be. During this time, you create your initial bond with your child that will continue throughout your entire life.
There are very few women who actually feel like they are beautiful while they are pregnant – especially during the first pregnancy. However, the miracle of pregnancy is a beautiful thing. Swollen feet, stretch marks, and hormone changes aside – you are growing a real live human being inside of you. All of those side effects come from different things your body has to do to help nourish and protect your baby. This is amazing and a real miracle!
Then why are Maternity Photos important?
You are beautiful, and you should take the time to celebrate the changes in your body and this amazing moment in your life. And it’s my job to make you feel gorgeous and special, make you feel like a model for a day [ Yes, especially with a bump 🙂 ]
One day these photos will be a great memory.
This beautiful woman was expecting baby n.2 She is a working mum and a strong woman. When she contacted me, she knew exactly what images she wanted and we worked together towards her ideas.
This was HER time, HER shoot: she wanted some photos to celebrate her body at that time. So not husband, not daughter. This was her gift to herself.
